IEC 60364 standard has introduced five systems TNS, TNC, TNCS, TT and IT in the field of earthing and formation of protective ground in order to design the ground of high voltage substations. Despite the standardization of all five systems, each of them has advantages and disadvantages relative to each other and receives different valuation from the point of view of different criteria. Consequently, in order to find the appropriate system in a particular project, we will face a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem.
