Due to the expansion and increasing complexity of power distribution networks, the use of SCADA automation systems has become a key factor in managing the development and operation of these networks. Also, this expansion has caused the increasing use of geographic information systems (GIS) by managers and officials in order to make appropriate decisions. The connection and interaction of these two systems, in addition to the intelligent management of incidents and events in real-time in distribution networks, significantly reduces the cost and time of isolation of these systems. In this article, for the first time, the collection of information banks of SCADA and GIS systems for distribution networks has been designed and implemented natively, and it has been tested on the real SCADA system and GIS software.
